You must have a strong background in litigation and working in a Matrix regulated environment.
The role will be
- To manage and take responsibility for a caseload of small claims litigation matters under supervision of a more senior Solicitor, including drafting pleadings, attending hearings along with barristers and investigating claims;
- To assist supervising lawyer with other tasks, such as undertaking legal research or document reviews;
- To assist with litigation reporting as required
Essential Requirements:
- Bar Vocational Course
- Available for a year
- Keen to impress and attention to detail
- Familiar with the Civil Procedure Rules
