PARALEGAL (EVIDENCE REVIEW) - EDINBURGH - 5 MONTHS - £150-£195 PER DAY

Our EDINBURGH based client has a fantastic opportunity for a PARALEGAL with experience REVIEWING DOCUMENTS/EVIDENCE. This is a full time interim role initially for 5 MONTHS.

The successful candidate will join an existing team responsible for:

- Reviewing documents submitted for relevance to the terms of reference.
- Redaction of documents submitted.
- Researching topics at the request of Counsel/Solicitor and perform document searches on a dedicated document management system.
- Assisting Counsel/Solicitors with annotation/coding of documents.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work systematically.
- Ability to understand and analyse documents in order to extract relevant information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and to agreed deadlines, and to prioritise a busy workload.
- Familiar with electronic document management systems.
