Tangent are looking for an experienced and qualified Paralegal contracts administrator for a 6 month contract to be based in London.
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to under take a company wide project to identify, locate, interpret and upload supplier contracts, my client is looking for someone who can deal with a high volume of supplier contracts in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for reviewing contracts and analysing risk and identify specifically with a specialism in termination rights and renewal notices.
