This Specialist role will offer the successful candidate a challenging, dynamic and rewarding environment from which to grow their career within a global business.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to undertake the following duties:

Analyse and determine appropriate legal documentation requirements based upon location, legal entity relationship and scenario
Provide guidance to the Operations (OPS) divisional area's concerning the required remediation, legal documentation requirements and drafting of Ops: TO (Task Order)/SOW (Statement of Work) and WSP (Written Supervisory Procedure)/SCD (supervisory Control Documents).
Actively track all project communications, conduct impact analysis and initiate follow up actions for resolution.
Perform reviews of Operations (OPS) Drafted documentation, providing feedback where appropriate on identified findings with both Business Units and Legal where required.
Facilitate interaction between LCD and the Operations unit
Facilitate the storage of the documentation on Firm systems of the Task Orders(TO)/Statement of Work (SOW) and Written Supervisory Procedures (WSP)/Supervisory Control Documents) (SCD).
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with divisions throughout the organisation, including, Legal, Compliance, Global Workforce Strategy and Solutions and the wider team
Help in the coordination of the approval process, such that final approval has been given by the relevant reviewers in accordance to the policies established at the point in time that the document is completed (the final review and document sign-off is never assumed by the Supplier team )
Actively participate in project discussions, making recommendations for process improvement and efficiencies.

Given the nature of the function, these responsibilities are not exhaustive and may change to support business requirements.

Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience/knowledge within a Legal or Compliance related environment and/or a Bachelors degree in a related field. They will be a confident analytical person with excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
The ability to communicate technical matters in a concise manner;
The ability to multi-task and grasp new concepts quickly;
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Excellent prioritisation and time management skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, with experience of spreadsheets and pivot tables.
