Projektbeschreibung

The Paralegal's duties include:
Corporate governance; records management; establishing and maintaining files and filing systems; contracting management; drafting contracts; filings and other documents; updating forms, policies and procedures.
Project work (both individually and as part of a team) to support key initiatives and current areas of focus for the legal department.
Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with other members of legal departments as well as internal client departments.
Support in preparedness for any litigation, compliance or related regulatory matter;
Acts as primary legal contact for clients on routine matters.
Work is performed under general supervision using well-defined procedures and detailed instruction.
May set appropriate priorities with clients and delivers results within the established timelines.
Works with a variety of cross-functional personnel to identify and resolve issues related to the paralegal role.
Works with attorneys to research, compile and update legal guidance and reference materials.
Manages multiple priorities in support of attorneys and paralegals.
Frequently collaborates with companies business groups to identify business concerns and develop strategies for possible responses during negotiations.
Provides assistance with review of legal and other contractual issues in support of other business groups on an as-needed basis.
Assists with the drafting and implementation of procedural guidelines for the contract review process, contract repository system, and manage existing customer contracts.
Recognizes any changes that need to be made in contracts in order to fully cover companies responsibilities and limitations and negotiates those changes.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required.
Possess a strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction.
Must have organizational skills and ability to perform in a high paced, deadline intensive environment.
Must have good attention to detail and ability to consistently meet high standards of quality.
Ability to work using well-defined procedures and independently take ownership for work product.
Competence in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook, and comfort learning new information technology systems.
Prior industry or law firm experience as a paralegal preferred
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
