Description:
1. Filing of IDS documents prepared by outside supplier with USPTO
a. Review the pre-prepared USPTO IDS form including checking all information is correct
b. Review the pre-prepared USPTO IDS form to identify what documents will be included and attached - ensure outside supplier has provided PDFs of all listed required documents
c. Review all attached references documents to be sure they meet requirements (dated, English, complete, etc) and research if discrepancy
d. Ensure that all information on the prepared IDS form matches the references' documents and correct if necessary
e. Obtain attorney review and signature for IDS form
f. File IDS and attachments with USPTO
g. Send notification to patent docketing

2. Document scanning and archiving
a. Scanning and saving on iManage received annuity receipts and paper disclosures
b. Archiving of patents, engineering notebooks, and files received from agents including reviewing each document and entering descriptor information into archive system and preparing for sending to Iron Mountain
