PAN-EUROPEAN SAP TRAINING MANAGER

KEY SKILLS:

- Knowledge/direct experience developing and delivering SAP training (re-training) in a functional Rollout/Deployment scenario, including requirements for multiple/local language considerations
- Understanding of training tools, methodogy/platforms used in conjunction with SAP as an ERP platform including ADDIE (training development). Experience with Training planning and facilitation, including organizing & collaborating with key SAP Application SME's for content, as well Super Users under a Train the Trainer Concept
- English is the project language. However, training content in some areas will be needed to be developed/delivered by local teams in local language (including, for example Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, etc.). Whilst this role will not be specifically developing the training, knowledge of additional European languages could prove useful in working with local training development resources

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE DELIVERY OF THE FOLLOWING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY (eg. following topics to be done in close collaboration SME's (consulted and/or informed):

- Identify the training ambition and target user groups for training
- Assess skill gaps and describe learning objectives per target group
- Evaluate potential training methods
- Select and describe training method per target group
- Ensure right format of training for each target user group
- Support supplier selection for training material development
- Secure consistent development of training material
- Ensure adjustment/adaption of training to local specific needs
- Schedule all identified training candidates into trainings sessions
- Conduct any necessary preparation activities for training delivery
- Deliver training to target groups according to plan
- Ensure tracking of attendance and collection of feedback from training
- Evaluate training based on attendance and feedback
- Create statistical overview and identify potential follow-up areas
- Hand-over to BAU (business as usual)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The consultant will be part of the PMO Department and will reports to IT Supply Chain Project Manager.

THE CONSULTANT WILL BE PRIMARY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- During the Blueprinting phase, developing a training strategy & approach in coordination with the Organizational Change management initiatives including identification of target users groups, key stakeholders, SME skills areas, assessment & selection of relevant training related tools and techniques.
- In subsequent Build & Test phases (Realization), support, track, and manage development of training templates, tools, and related materials
