Paid Search Specialist

THE ROLE:

Based in London, United Kindgdom. This role will see the successful candidate become a team member of the Search team. The team works across various sites in Asia Pac, Europe and North America and is responsible for bringing traffic via Paid Search and Natural Search.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with demonstrated strong academic and professional performance. The position requires someone who is highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors Degree Required.
- 3-5 Years Paid Search/SEA/Internet Marketing experience
- Excellent business skills and needs to be good with numbers
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good self-starter with self-driven initiative to continue learning
- Experience with databases (Teradata and/or SQL)
- Strong analytical skills required to identify performance opportunities or issues and root causes.
- Ability to present and tell the search story to all levels from Executive Management to other teams
- Experience with Google, YSM! and MSN Paid Search Tools
- Experience with Web Analytics and Tracking Tools
