JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage the day-to-day creation, optimization, and launch of online advertising campaigns to drive leads for customer acquisition, primarily through paid search, display/retargeting, and paid social
- Manage agency relationship and manage traffic and project management of paid digital programs
- Manage and optimize display advertising campaigns, utilizing behavioral targeting and remarketing/retargeting data
- Responsible for managing specified SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
- Must Analyze and report various performance metrics of campaigns
- Continuously test ad copy, creative, landing pages, and other creative elements to maximize campaign performance; make recommendations to improve ad performance
- Track, measure, and analyze ad performance using internal/external tracking tools, retargeting/conversion pixels, etc
- Pull/Analyze/Report campaign performance data weekly, identify learnings, and propose actionable next steps
- Traffic creative (banners, landing pages) through brand, legal and UX teams for review and approvals.

SKILLS:

MANDATORY SKILLS

- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 3+ years hands-on experience setting up, running, testing, and analysing paid search/paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong project management and traffic/coordination skill
- Experience with ad buying networks, ad serving tools, and web analytics
- Paid Search, Web Analytics, Project Management/Trafficking
