PACKET SWITCH ENGINEER WITH STRONG BACK OFFICE EXP. WITHIN A MANAGED SERVICE PROJECT.
My client a market leading telecommunications company is looking to recruit a SENIOR BACK OFFICE ENGINEER WITH STRONG PACKET SWITCH EXPERIENCE FOR A LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT IN ZURICH, SWITZERLAND.
Candidates will have the following experience;
- STRONG EXPERIENCE TROUBLESHOOTING THE CALL FLOWS FOR TROUBLE TICKETING
- HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH CUSTOMER ISSUES GENERATED WITHIN A MANAGED SERVICE PROJECT
- ERICSSON, HUAWEI OR NOKIA GGSN AND SGSN EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- CANDIDATE WILL HAVE IDEALLY OVER 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A BACK OFFICE/2ND LEVEL SUPPORT CONSULTANT WILLING TO MOVE TO SWITZERLAND FOR A LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT
