IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Being the global expert for all logistics matters, including material movement from production sites to hub and hub to CPOs, warehousing, all related compliance and international trade aspects plus sourcing of 3rd party services from providers
-Drive physical material flow from the manufacturing sites (own and 3rd party manufacturing through the Global Hub in Switzerland to the customer handover points in 120 countries
-Responsibility for meeting budgetary targets for supply chain operations by applying LEAN logistics and smart approaches for better product consolidation
-Responsibility for all compliance aspects during global material movement
-Ensure that all materials are transported in a fully compliant manner by monitoring documents and material flow
-Responsibility for the creation of all necessary documents in SAP system such as invoices, packing lists, weight notes etc.
-Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Formal education in technical or business area, preferably in supply chain
-Fluency in English and German (written and spoken

) -Solid experience within supply chain logistics
-Experience in freight forwarding/material movement within supply chain
-Knowledge of SAP
