Packaging Engineer III

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a PACKAGING ENGINEER III- (SENIOR) to join our client, a world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in West Point, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as the Packaging Engineering position within the Packaging Technology group
- Plan, design and implement Distribution and Cold Chain strategies to support pipeline programs and tech transfers
- Work independently or as part of project teams in execution of responsibilities
- Responsible for Cold chain thermal container solution development and qualification
- Oversee Shock and vibration qualification testing
- Distribute API/Drug Substance, bulk unlabeled and Finished Goods

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.S. in Engineering and/or the Physical Sciences
- Expertise in Pharmaceutical Distribution and Cold Chain
- Project management skills
- Development and Documentation of component specifications, protocols, reports, technical memos, etc.
- Secondary packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) design and development
