For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a "Packaging Engineer".
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver secondary packaging equipments: syringes and vialslabelers, Thermoforming machines, Top loader machines, Cartoners, casepaker
* Responsible for Packaging project definition, implementation &production support
* Develop skills of Global, Operation people in order to guaranteetechnical expertise and support for all national and internationalprojects.
* Improve product safety (anti-counterfeiting, serialization,e-Pedigree, track & trace)
* Support site end-user for manufacturing problem: act as coordinatorunderstand and fix problem, drive solution by involving expertnetworking if required. Share best practices.
* Project management: guarantee the timing and execute the follow-up ofall national and international projects for technical mattersrelated to Packaging Technologies equipment and missions. Developtechnical solution compliant with needs and allocated budgets, justifybudgets and technical solutions when needed.
* Planning: establish and develop execution planning in all projectsincluding Packaging Technologies related equipment and missions.
* Sub contractors, contractors, vendor selection: providetechnical and commercial input in procedures for suppliers selection.Develop short term and long term strategy in supplier selection.
* Performance: measure performance through KPI.
PREREQUISITES:
Education
* Masters degree in sciences
Knowledge
* Technical expertise into packaging technologies & processes
* Equipments qualification & process validation
* Good knowledge of cGMP's, handling of change controls
* English fluent
* Very good writing skills (reports)
Experience
* Minimun of 5 years into packaging engineering preferably withinhealthcare, cosmectic industries from definition to production ram-upsupport
* Packaging line troubleshooting
* Datamatrix, serialisation technologies if possible
* Proven experience in process validation
* Project management experience within Matrix organisation
