Packaging Design Lead

A global pharmaceutical company specialising in medicines, vaccines and consumer products are seeking a Packaging Design Lead to join their London office. They have 49 packaging sites across the globe and are currently working on a packaging transformation, which started last year and is expected to be a five year programme.

The Role:
* To review, define and agree pack platform solutions regarding formatting.
* To lead the pack design phase and to deliver against the project plan.
* To act as lead support to external suppliers and provide on-site support during the planning and implementation phase of the packaging.
* To complete pack platform designs for blisters, bottles, sachets and strip packs.

Skills/Experience:
* University degree of technical equivalent
* Background in Pharmaceutical and/or similar industry background
* Background working with external suppliers
* Background in stakeholder management and project management with experience of managing global cross-functional project teams
* Strong data manipulation skills
* Knowledge of packaging laws
