The role:
*To act as an internal Account/Project Manager to facilitate the commercial requirements for Media services (Design, Photography, etc)
*To support and develop relationships between colleagues in the Commercial and Marketing teams. *Providing support and solutions on ways of working, process and ad-hoc queries.
*To stay up to date with processes, opportunities and constraints across the Marketing and Commercial teams.
*To secure and implement marketing projects from new areas of the organisation, which benefit both the customers and the stakeholder in terms of operational standards and financial cost saving.
Skills:
*Broad experience in the delivery of FMCG campaigns
*Experience in working amongst various media channels (advertising/POS/outdoor/online/digital/print)
*Management and coaching of direct reports
*Able to run projects from start to completion, and seek guidance at key milestones
*Natural communicator - good with people
*Enjoys challenges - and great at multitasking
*Shows enthusiasm, passion, pride and commitment
*Outstanding attention to detail
*3 years account handling or client facing project management experience
*Able to effectively manage client relationships whilst delivering projects to the highest standards on time and to budget
*The ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively
*Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, discretion and maturity
*Must have strong listening skills
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst keeping an eye for detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
