Nextlink is currently looking for a PA/PMO to work with us for a well-known pharmaceutical company.
The contractor will have two functions in this role. On the one hand, s/he will be kind of the personal assistant of the Program Leader (eg travel planning, expenses). And on the other hand, s/he will support the project in general (eg setting up meeting, follow-up timelines).
All in all, the main function is to support the Program Leader through the project.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the PMO on various projects
- Administrative tasks for the PMO (travel, expenses, meeting scheduling)
- Support with drafting presentations and communications
- Reporting on PMO related topics
- Support in Change Management processes and tasks
MUST HAVES:
- Project related experience in a project management or PMO role with similar tasks (+5 years)
- Global Virtual teams
- Google Suite (GSheet, Touchpoint, Gdrive etc.) or MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) products and tools
- Expeirence in Drafting presentations and communications
- Structured approach and Task Management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything)
- Team Player and flexible to cover different time zones in Europe, North America

++ German speaking
