PA-Investment Banking Trade Floor

My client Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) is currently looking to recruit a highly accomplished PA who comes from an Investment Banking/Trade floor background for a 3 month contract initially, St Paul's London based.

You will have the opportunity to work for a market leader and one of the UK's most recognised and established brands within the Investment Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML)

Role:
PA required to join a Global Banking and Markets to work across various banking/sales/trading teams on a cover basis.

Responsibilities
*Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings and conference calls
*Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel
*Assist bankers with the preparation of presentations
*Handling expenses using Concur system
*Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Navigator
*Completing i-Track on a weekly basis
*Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
*Ensure relevant DRE is captured
*Develop knowledge of banker's clients, transactions and specific individuals
*Establish professional and effective communication at all levels

Requirements
*Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Accurate typing skills
*Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
*Capable to multitask and prioritise
*Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
*Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns
*Mature, calm and professional attitude at all times
*Accuracy and numeracy
*Excellent communication skills at all levels
