My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an opportunity for a Personal Assistant. They are seeking an experienced PA to support a director within the business on a integral work stream.

The following experience is required:

- Previous PA experience working for Director
- Ability to forward plan
- Previous PA experience working for multiple managers
- Working knowledge and understanding of company organization, operations and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office IT packages and SAP
- Ability to build close working relationships with various stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, both written and verbally
- Recognises the need for and respects confidentiality
- Attention to detail Is flexible and adaptable to new situations/tasks and quickly learns new information
- Ability to use own initiative to seek required information to meet multiple work demands and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a multiple range of work to a daily/weekly schedule
- Co-operates, works with and supports team members to achieve team/department objectives
- Quickly establishes a rapport with business managers, teams, peers and external contacts
