P6 Project Planner

Job Purpose:

*To support the Programme Manager and team to provide and maintain high level baseline plan for the Delivery Unit portfolio of works.
*To prepare periodic analysis and reports for the portfolio including earned value management data, project performance data, risks and issues, critical resource analysis, spend forecasting, outage and benchmarking data.
*To ensure these reports are reviewed with the delivery teams to ensure the data is robust and that agreed corrective action is documented.

Experience Required:
Relevant experience with significant experience of using Primavera P6

Qualifications Required:
Educated to to a minimum standard of 5 GCSE's or equivalent

Key Tasks:
*Updating Primavera database
*Schedule Analysis
*Preparation of reports for use by Programme Assurance Planners

Technical/Role Specific Competencies:
*Experienced in Primavera P6 software
*Experienced in Earned Value Management and productivity data collection and analysis.
*Experience of presenting detailed schedules, programmes and reports
*Must be able to interpret outputs from planning tools.

6 month contract
Full UK Driving license and own vehicle required
