P2P System Administrator - Procure to Pay support, purchasing system

The job is to support a procurement and workflow tool. This includes participating in system upgrades, enhancements and defect fixes. The client is using Uniport, however, experience with any purchasing system is acceptable. Finance or accounting department experience is highly desirable.

The job involves a high degree of customer interaction and requires you to have good logic and problem-solving abilities. There are SLAs to be adhered to in an often-pressurised environment.

The client is using ServiceNow to track issues, however, experience with any other incident management/issue tracking tool would be acceptable. You'll also need a decent understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Daily the job involves:
- Managing user queries ("How do I...")
- Supporting upgrades and enhancement
- Ensuring service levels are met
