P2P/SAP Project Coordinator Consultant (Brussels)

The One CAPP project is to implement Purchase to Pay Process and to provide an SAP based Cost Accounting solution for the domestic market entities
in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (processing about 600.000 invoices).
SAP modules in scope are FI/CO, MM, PS, AA & SD/AR (not limitative). SAP is integrated with the ReadSoft solution for workflow & requisition/ordering, an
external provider for invoice scanning & dematerialisation (e-invoicing), centralised offshore operational treatment and connected to an in-house developed centralised
general ledger system.
We are currently looking for a Coordinator of P2P integration solution with proven project management and SAP implementation methodology in large companies
(references to be provided) and in an international environment. This provider should support us in the implementation phase of the project (phased Go-live in
2015-2016).

Function Description
We are looking for a senior consultant with strong integration and implementation skills on P2P processes and SAP tools to coordinate our internal team of experts/BA.
You will have to:
° Maintain the core model (with new evolutions)
° Being able to handle very fast the business requirement and functional specifications to support processes understanding
° Coordinate and review the end user trainings to make sure it is in line with the Core Model
° Coordinate, organise and lead Migration workshops with Deployment team
° Coordination of UAT teams (client, CSP) in collaboration with Tests Manager
° Being able to discuss FI Technical Design evolution in collaboration with IT development ("MOE") team

Master or equivalent by experience in Finance/IT

Certification
SAP certification is an asset

Dutch Knowledge of Dutch is an asset but not mandatory

Technical Experience
Mandatory
° Relevant proven experience in SAP integration projects in large companies (references to be provided).
° In-depth functional SAP knowledge on FI modules (FI-CO/AA/AP) and invoice modules

Preferable
° Invoice Workflow tools (Readsoft is preferable)

Business Experience
Mandatory
° You have Project Management and Business analysis experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects.
° You have experience in Cost Accounting and Purchase to Pay Process (working with CSP)

Preferable
° Having strong cost accounting and fiscal knowledge for P2P integration with the General Ledger
