An ambitious organisation is looking to establish trading between itself and a number of 3rd party suppliers, with the intention to greatly improve service to staff and managers by ease of use and availability of information.

As such, the organisation is looking for a P2P Project Manager with the following experience:
* Previous experience of P2P optimisation projects
* Ensuring full documentation appropriate to the stage of the project
* Securing appropriate resource for the project in line with project stage
* Management of third parties delivering into the project as appropriate
* Ensuring stakeholders are identified and an appropriate and effective communication and engagement strategy is in place
* On-going development and delivery of a communication plan
* On-going development and delivery of a quality plan for critical path products
* Representing the project at project and programme boards and any other meeting as required
* Providing a single point of contact and accountable person for the project
* Ensuring the project sponsor and programme manager are fully informed on the progress of the project and any issues identified
* Monitoring of project budget and the provision of information to enable financial management
* Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies

Beneficial experience includes:
* IT background
* Prince 2
