PRN position, (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday hours) - 7:30 am - 4pm and/or 4pm - 11pm
- Provides hardware support to the user community.
- Provides software support to the user community.
- Communicates effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors regarding support issues.
- Processes daily job and procedure schedule.
- Directs work to improve department performance and customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Three years experience to include configuring, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing PC desktop equipment and peripherals.
- A+, MCP and Help Desk certification preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
