PA TO UNIT DIRECTOR AND ADMINISTRATOR - ALSTOM GRID - STAFFORD

- Daily use of Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer need to be intermediate level
- Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries from around the world.
- Raise the ITSM7 for IT requests
- Raise the ISIS and SAP requisitions
- Administrator for the Crown Time and Attendance system for clockings, flexi balance, holiday entitlement and absences ensuring no exceptions for payroll processing
- Update Organization charts on Visio
- Updates on company Intranet for our business unit using Microsoft Share point
- General administration duties
- Faxing
- Scanning
- Copying
- Arranging Meetings
- Ordering Stationery
- Team Safety Visits for EHS records
- Events Committee
- Organisation of approximately 2 events per year with the tea
- Visitors
- Logistics

- Visa letter

CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS;

- Excellent interpersonal skills able to challenge and be assertive
- Computer skills intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office packages, Sharepoint, visio
- Ideally prior experience of travel booking
- Organised, yet flexible
