A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced CIMA qualified Finance Analyst to work for a leading mobile telecoms company in Berkshire.

The role is pivotal in ensuring the business understands commercial performance of the segment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with many areas of the business who will actively seek their involvement and influence in translating insights into financial outcomes when formulating propositions and making decisions regarding key initiatives.

The Finance Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
*Preparing Contract Voice monthly reporting with an emphasis on variance to target analysis demonstrating understanding of key drivers and trends (usage/rate/reciprocation/product & tariff profitability).
*Ownership of leading and developing the financial assessment, reporting and analysis of Communications Products margin.
*Working in cross-functional teams to produce Business Cases - leading and owning the financials, clearly articulating P&L impact.
*Post Implementation Reviews - track progress through regular reporting following launch critically evaluating and proactively putting forward recommendations.
*Support the Forecasting team to ensure underlying and emerging trends are understood and reflected within the quarterly forecasting process.
*Provide ad hoc support to the Contract Voice P&L Performance Manager.

The Finance Analyst MUST have:
-Finalist or Newly Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
-Strong commercial acumen and experience of working in a fast moving environment.
-Excellent spreadsheet skills.
-Self motivated and able to work independently.
-Able to produce accurate reporting under time pressure.
-Able to articulate financial concepts to non-financial managers.
-Proven analytical skills.
-Experience in the Telcoms industry, preferably mobile.
-Experience gained in a consumer led customer environment
-Degree level education.
