IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support the development, management and growth of the company
-Support international project management, co-ordinating the planning and development of new products
-Adhere to existing/new processes, guidelines and standards for the implementation of OL ranges
-Coordinate efforts within Group Marketing and cross-functionally as appropriate to effectively manage artwork development
-Organize provision of artwork elements - cutter guides/ text/ content - with suppliers
-Prepare master copy for translation
-Develop pack copy (add marketing text to what supplier provided)
-Ensure all "must have" claims are included
-Align with Group QM on content
-Consider all language and branding versions and probable changes according to market
-Coordinate translations and record cost and budget
-Exchange on final artworks for proof reading
-Coordinate the artwork approval process with all stakeholders (agency, markets, group)
-Exchange with markets on pack requirements (e.g. according to position on shelf)
-Circulate draft artworks to markets and consolidate feedback
-Exchange with agency and markets on corrections and adjustments
-Final artwork sign-off by all key stakeholders
-Ensure consistent copy on all packaging components
-Manage the overall artwork timeline with all stakeholders

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-High level of planning and organisational skills
-Sound project management skills
-Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
-Strong intercultural sensitivity. Experience with working with international teams would be an advantage
-Product management and packaging development experience in consumer products would be essential
-Autonomous way of working, results driven and flexible
-Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English
