Out of Hours Advisor

You will provide a high quality out-of-hours service for the Reed network by placing Temporary Employees into emergency bookings and answering queries from clients and candidates when Reed offices are closed.

You will ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times to clients and candidates, and ensure the delivery of agreed service to all branches within service level agreements.

Standards of Performance:

*Achievement of agreed 95% fill rates during out of hours
*Branch queries and follow-up work required
*Performance to agreed activity levels/ratios.
*Sales systems and processes to be in line with agreed best practice.
*Adherence to all compliance requirements for all candidates placed
*Some business development duties
*Maintaining accurate records

Person Specification:

*Strong customer service experience
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to multi-task and manage several conflicting deadlines
*Ability to work on own initiative
*IT literacy at a good standard
*knowledge of Nurse/Social Care an advantage but not essential

Shift Patterns:

Various Between the hours of:-

Mon-Fri 5:00pm-10.00pm, 5:00am till 7:30am (£7.50 p/hr)

Sat-Sun 7.30am-10pm (£11.25 p/hr)

1 Overnight shift after completing Training : 10pm till 11:00am ( £25 per shift - overnight)

Bank Holidays: £15 p/hr

Minimum 16 hrs per week including 1 Overnight Shift after training.

You will be expected to take on all shift patterns and to be available to cover any leave or last minute requirements such as sickness.

On-Call services also operate over all public holidays and you will be expected to work some of these.
