One of the UK's leading pay-TV providers is looking for an OTT Platform Monitor Support Representative to join their team that put our client first for online content, customer service and sales.

ROLE:

There is a requirement to ensure that titles meet their VOD transmission dates as advertised so there needs to be extra support and diagnostics of the OTT VOD workflow. Various tools will be available to do this as well as access to various mobile and static devices. The OTT Platform Monitor Representative will assist Platform Control in this role by identifying and escalating issues to support teams and producing reports.

SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Assist Platform Control in triage of OTT VOD incidents
- Escalate issues to support teams and content owners
- Communication with both our stakeholders and also 3rd party stakeholders
- Gather stats and compile reports on asset availability

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

- Some experience of IT systems/workflows
- Experience of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
- Attention to detail
- A passion for TV and enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills and practices
- Take pride and ownership in your work
- Good team player with great communication skills
