OTC Portfolio Reconciliation/Collateral Manager

Our large investment banking client is currently recruiting for a Collateral Management/OTC Portfolio Reconciliation professional for an initial 4 month contract based in Canary Wharf, London.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following:

-Industry experience, preferable in Operations, Collateral Management and/or Portfolio Reconciliations
-Strong excel skills
-Evidence of developing structured processes or frameworks and/or working in structured and disciplined fashion
-Project experience preferable

Main responsibilities and key tasks for this role:

-Develop a process and toolkit that enables us to track client communication and capture responses with regards to client portfolio reconciliation preferences
-Communicate with clients to influence most appropriate approach for the bank
-Feed responses back into the core portfolio reconciliation process to ensure client reconciliation approach & frequency is captured, set-up and scheduled accordingly
-Generate daily reporting and MI to escalate status and issues to address
