IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Review and recommend changes to the current fund/account on-boarding process with broker/dealer for OTC instruments
-Actively support and drive change implementation
-Co-ordinate analysis as well as subsequent implementation within company and its service providers
-Understanding of regulation and market best practice to challenge deliverables of stakeholders
-Arrange and document meetings
-Prepare and follow-up on agreed timelines, to do’s and milestones

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in OTC onboarding, e.g. set-up of new funds/accounts with broker/dealers incl. management and sourcing of required information (e.g. static data, tax data)
-Familiar with ISDAs and CSAs as well as procedures to include new funds/accounts
-Detailed understanding of market requirements and best practices around fund/account onboarding with broker/dealers including available tools and/or technical solutions to foster collaboration
-Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functions (e.g. Portfolio Management, Legal, Operations) and with service providers
-Good team player with distinctive communication skills and high interpersonal competence, high motivation and positive work attitude
-Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently
-Fluency in German and English
-Asset Management or Banking experience preferred
