OTC Clearing + Collateral

OTC Clearing job functions -

Functions for this position include:

Provide support in both firm wide and operations/team specific projects, inclusive of active participation in UAT testing.

Ensure all daily derivative lifecycle events, which include: expiration, clearing, allocations, delivery results, coupon payments, interest and corporate actions are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Keep abreast of industry and regulatory initiatives that impact the business.

Perform monthly updates to the Derivatives Clearing Services group s procedures ensuring they are up to date incorporating the most recent industry specific best practices for Derivatives Clearing and capturing any new processes and/or systems applications which are used for processing derivatives as an FCM.

Recommend process improvements based on industry best practices primarily targeting risk mitigation and straight through processing which creates enhanced controls, efficiencies and that will develop the performance of the group.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years capital markets experience

Experience in a FCM that supports OTC Cleared products including IRS, CDS, NDF

For the Collateral Management Role they are looking for a candidate to work within the collateral team working on margin calls, cash movement and reconciliations.

The successful candidate must have experience with credit default swaps and any experience within the futures space would be a big bonus.
