OSS System Tools Engineer

OSS SYSTEM TOOLS ENGINEER

The position will be based in Dübendorf, Switzerland. 3 month rolling contract.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- System administration and account administration for OSS systems and applications, including Amdocs
- Cramer/Amdocs OSS9
- Life cycle management of OSS systems and applications (responsible for roadmaps, upgrades, patches, further developments)
- Customer relationship management
- User acceptance testing
- Software implementation
- on-call duty

REQUIREMENTS

- High level knowledge of the telecoms network necessary
- Very good knowledge of databases, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script, C, Java, Javascript, XML, SOAP, Windows Server, Backup- recovery systems, HTML, Perl, Python
- Proven Business Intelligence knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in OSS Fulfillment and Assurance
- On-call capability and flexibility
- English speaking is a must, German is welcome
- Proactive personality, a team player and prepared to work in a dynamically changing and multi-cultural
