Our client, a leading mobile telecommunications company, are looking to recruit a French Speaking OSS Support Engineer, to join their team based in Boulogne-Billancourt.

This role will provide 2nd level technical support to the client's customers and key responsibilities will include:

- Managing problem reports from the customers through to resolution according to the service level agreement
- Executing appropriate investigation and troubleshooting plans for any issues raised on the customer networks
- Delivering a high level of customer care to ensure minimal escalations
- Undertaking proactive actions to prevent operational issues affecting KPIs
- Communicating root causes of issues and relevant workarounds if required
- Daily/Weekly reporting to the management team
- Working closely with internal technical support teams and R&D departments

To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- A proven background in an OSS support role
- Fluency in both French and English languages
- Strong knowledge of the following products and solutions:
- TCP/IP
- Solaris and Linux Systems
- OSS & NMS
- Corba
- SNMP
- Virtualisation
- Strong knowledge of Scripting, including Shel, Perl and Python
- Good knowledge of wireless products (2G, 3G, 4G) including core network interfaces
- Knowledge of Network OSS Tools including:
- Performance Management
- Configuration Management
- Fault Management
- Inventory Management
- Excellent communications and customer care skills
