OSS Support Engineer

OSS Support Engineer:
Networkers PLCs client is urgently looking for the skills of an OSS Support Engineer to join an assignment based in Riyadh with the below skill experience of 4-5 years.

CSR handling on SDP
(A) Collect all needed info from MS engineers to clarify the issues.
(B) Make necessary investigation and analysis on the issues
(C) Collaborate with development parties (PDU, 3PP) for further troubleshooting if needed
(D) Verify fixing from development parties in TP env
(E) Apply fixing on production systems, verify and close CSR.

Project activities on SDP:
(1) Draft I&V document to verify the functions on LLD
(2) Follow I&V document to verify the system
(3) Perform acceptance test with MS to close project
(4) Handover system to Customer Support

Technical Skills:
(1) Java Technology. Basic Java Programming experience, eg be able to read Java source code, simple coding. Basic J2EE Knowledge, eg be able to understand system deployment env and packages, be able to collect and analyze log files. Knowledge in J2EE Application Servers, eg Weblogic/OCCAS, JBOSS, DB data source, JAVA GC
(2) Linux/Solairs Knowledge, Linux/Solaris commands, Shell Scripting, Be able to take dump files and analyze them, eg tcpdump, thread dump
(3) DB, SQLs
(4) Web Services, XML, SOAP UI
(5) Good plus: Knowledge in Value Added System.
