OSS Solution Architect

OSS Solution Architect - Amsterdam, Netherlands.

My client is a leading telecommunications cable operator looking for an OSS Solution Architect. The overall responsibility of the OSS Solution Architect is to provide comprehensive expertise on OSS application domain for enterprise and customer facing business and IT Solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design of IT solutions focused on Network inventory, service provisioning and network configuration.
Execute an E2E technical lead supporting the full product life cycle from inception to delivery.
Co-author of the clients IT architecture focused on OSS reference architecture.
Check local OSS architectures, assuring best fit between international experience and business requirements.
Check individual project designs against overall architecture, assuring establishment of mid/long term OSS, NMS and Network Probes roadmap.

Knowledge and Experience:
4+ years' experience in designing and developing OSS application solutions.
Experience in implementation of stacks of the OSS domain for telecommunication companies.
2+ years' experience as Solution Architect in large telco/cable enterprise, heading application and data integration aspects of the business and IT solutions.
Exposure to integration architecture concepts and SOA technologies.
Knowledge of industry standards and architectural frameworks such as TAM, eTOM, SID, TOGAF. Etc.
