OSS Performance Management Engineer ( m/f)

Range: CTO/Service & Quality Management

In this varied position you are responsible for the operation and development of a performance management system for the bBereichsübergreifenden UTRAN and Core Network.

The OSS ( Operations Support Systems ) team provides the tools and platforms for monitoring the network is available. This includes monitoring the systems suppliers, as well as to monitor basic IT infrastructure with Nagios and the central alarm via HP Openview. Furthermore, the OSS performance management team operates the systems for the network and creates reports based on the review of SLAs.

tasks:
Administration and supervision of the PM system
Preparation of reports for management and dieen departments
Development of various concepts of performance management (KPI definition, evaluation and Reportingvon define KPI KPI over to evaluate KPI reporting)
Close cooperation with external partners, as well as UTRAN and Core Network departments in the PM environment
Development of PL/SQL, Shell, Perl and SQL scripts
DBA level analysis of complex queries and data structures
Design, planning, system support, troubleshooting, failure analysis and documentation
Operation of various reporting processes and streams

requirements:
Technical training ( HTL, university, technical college, etc. )
Mind. 3 years experience, ideally in the areas of telecommunications, performance management, IT and network, Unix, Windows, Oracle, Scripting
2G/3G/4G Netzweork knowledge (architecture and operation)
Excellent Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell and Perl Scripting knowledge
RAN and Core ZTE Netnumen desirable (or similar core or Utran monitoring systems, counter)
Excel skills (experience in data analysis and statistical analysis)
Very good English- German and German English skills (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills at all levels
