OSS Engineer - Zurich/Switzerland

2x OSS Engineers are needed in Zurich Switzerland on a contract basis project. On behalf of our client, a prestigious and fast growing international Telecoms company, Manning Global Group is looking for 2x OSS ENGINEER for a contract position based in Switzerland. Fluent English and work eligibility in required for application.

Required knowledge and skills:

- 5+ years experience with Solaris, Linux (Redhat, Debian), Windows Servers;
- 5+ years experience with Scripting languages (Shell, Perl, python);
- Understanding of fundamental principles of IP based networks and main protocols (DNS, NTP, LDAP);
- Understanding of how GSM, LTE, PSTN and VoIP networks works;
- Experience with Lawful interception systems (preferably from Utimaco);
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills;
- Good English, oral and written;
- Worked for network operators before in OSS/VAS area;
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, Versant);
- Self-motivated.
