A market leading mobile telecom vendor has urgent vacancies for OSS Engineers. These are long-term extendable contracts with the scope of work for up to 24 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Interface and Scripting services to ensure that customers can effectively monitor, track and report on all KPI's in the operational network
- Support for technical/statistical data as required
- Administration with Granite Inventory
- Ensure that all necessary hardware and software functionality is included and performance limitations are understood within Operations.
- Ensure that documentation exists to be able to audit network elements.
- Ensure that accurate configuration documentation is maintained and an adequate disaster recovery procedure is produced.
- Ensure that availability is maintained whilst carrying out hardware and software upgrades.
- To maintain maximum levels of availability by assisting in the development and/or enhancement, of reactive & proactive skills and processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- MUST SPEAK FLUENT SWEDISH
- Good Telecommunications understanding
- OSS and Inventory understanding
- Unix, Oracle, Java studies and experiences
