OSS Engineer/Consultant

OSS CONSULTANT

Ensure the administration and availability of OSS platforms and participate in the conduct of OSS projects from design to receipt.

Attached to the OSS manager in direction 'end to end' of the technical department.

Participate in the conduct of OSS projects, ensure the consideration of operational aspects,

Being involved in the developments of new features in your applications,

Define the technical design and drafting the detailed technical specifications,

Support the testing and integration of applications,

Deploy and manage new applications,

Ensure availability of deployed platforms

Meeting the needs of users platforms for maintenance and development,

Keep track of internal operational support tickets (clients) and external (suppliers)

Manage the relationship with suppliers,

Evaluate offers of and possibly negotiate the schedule, content, ...

Ensure compliance specifications,

Follow the technological evolution of OSS platforms,

Ensure alternating with the team keeps a role of 24/24

Higher education with technical direction/IT or equivalent by experience

Experience: 2 to 5 years,

ITIL: Service Management, incidents, changes and problems

projects methodology (PRINCE2, Agile)

Knowledge of desired OSS (Monitoring, Ticketing, Work Force Management,

Knowledge of Windows, Linux, SQL, HTML, ASP, SNMP, IP, IIS, web services

English AND (French OR Dutch) Speaking
