We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.

Position Title: OSS Delivery Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: November 2015
Duration: 12 months initially
Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities:
- Review pre-sales programs related to OSS, interface with customers (up to CXO level), develop HLD.
- Develop the network operation and maintenance process.
- Develop the network operation and maintenance scenarios/output USECASE.
- Collect network operation and maintenance requirements and do the analysis, design the relevant solutions.
- Provide support on solutions implementation.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Communication, computer or electronics graduate.
- 10+ years of experience in Telecom, at least 6 years with OSS.
- Familiar with the OSS solutions available on the market - E2E involvement (from OSS solution design to implementation).
- Familiar with the operators operations and maintenance processes; familiar with eTOM, ITIL and other industry standards.
- Languages: English.
- Strong customer-influencing career.
