OSS ARCHITECT/BUSINESS ANALYST
THE COMPANY
Our client is the main broadband and television provider in Belgium, also offering GSM voice and data subscriptions
THE ROLE
The company is looking for a Senior OSS Business Analyst/Architect to be in charge of reviewing the end to end architecture, focusing on the OSS domain. The main processes are Logistics Management, Fixed/Mobile Service Provisioning and Activation, End to End ticketing and Service Assurance
THE INDIVIDUAL
- 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE TELECOMS INDUSTRY AND 5 YEARS IN THE FIXED DOMAIN
- EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER/OPERATOR
- DESIGNED AT LEAST ONE APPLICATION INTEGRATION BETWEEN OSS AND BSS, INVOLVING A MIDDLEWARE
- GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ETOM/SID/TAM
- EXPERIENCE WITTH CFS/RFS CONCEPTS
- EXPERIENCE WITH SOAP OR REST
- KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH WOULD BE AN ASSET
