OSS Business Analyst

Our client, a telecommunications proivder in the Brussels area, currently seeks an OSS Business Analyst for a transformation project. Due to the location, the ideal candidate will have a command of the French language.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review the end-2-end architecture (BSS/OSS/Network) with a strong focus on the OSS domain, covering

- Fixed/Mobile Service Provisioning & Activation
- WorkForce
- Logistics
- End to End ticketing (Customer to Network)
- Service assurance

Analyse the current situation and propose future solutions and scenarios

Participate in HLD session

Write documents including data flows and models, web services, etc.) to be provided to developers.

Follow up the implementation of the solution

Write test cases

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- At least 10 years of experience in Telecoms businesses
- Experience in the Telco Service Provider (aka Operator) side is required.
- Designed application integrations between OSS and BSS (eg Network inventory and CRM, Network ticketing, Customer ticketing, WorkForce Management).
- Translation of business requirements into tech specs
- Thorough knowledge of eTOM/SID/TAM
- Knowhow with Web services
