For our client in the Telecom industry we are currently looking for a business analyst.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Between Brussels
- Offer information to users;
- Translate business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Analyse problems and help solve incidents;
- Secure the quality and development of the solutions to reduce costs and improve user experience;
- Estimate costs of change requests and projects;
- Check the quality of the System Integration Testing and support the execution of Acceptance testing.
- Execute feasibility studies;
- Criticise the delivery partner's solution and the functional requirements.
OSS DOMAINS:
- OSS Fulfilment Processes (WFM plus a good knowledge of GIS concepts and address management);
- OSS inventory;
- Number Management/Number Porting;
- Technical Order fulfilment;
- Technical Order management;
