PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide project management support to organizational development projects including but not limited to Performance Management, Succession Planning, Engagement Surveys, 360 Surveys and Leadership programs
2. Coordinate training and meeting logistics as needed, including but not limited to ordering training materials, maintaining training supplies, preparing materials for distribution, processing profiles/assessments, coordinating associate participation in outside training programs, maintaining L analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Advanced Word and PowerPoint, intermediate Excel skills
Intermediate interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with internal departments and staff at all levels and other contacts.
Advanced attention to detail and proofreading skills
Intermediate math skills
Intermediate ability to conceptualize and design presentations, complex reports and communication
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Ability to be flexible and adaptive to change
Ability to work independently
Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects.
Ability to demonstrate a positive and professional image
Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives, flexibility/prioritization
Preferred:
Advanced Excel skills
LMS Experience, Adobe Presenter Connect, Captivate and/or Articulate skills
