WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Creation of a map of the RWES business career path
- Development of job profiles
- Identification of a set of core competencies
- Review of related competency models to ensure alignment and potential opportunities across businesses
- Definition of contribution - ensuring that it is motivating for the highly educated
- Development of a change management/communication plan for the rollout of the career path
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of nine (9) years Human Resources experience
- At least five (5) years in the organization development specialty.
- Comfortable building own network as necessary within the organization in order to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
