-Work with OCM lead to design global communication plans and guidelines
-Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
-Own program internal sites, create and coordinate updates
-Moderate program social media channel and monitor related social media channels
-Develop communications materials, i.e. email templates and presentations
-Assist in the implementation of various OCM activities
-Support OCM team members with ad hoc request to ensure deadlines are met
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Relevant experience in global projects as OCM
-Excellent English language skills
-Strong interest in new technologies / social media (Google+)
-Familiar with Google suite and WebEx
-University degree in communications management preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-IT project experience is preferred
