For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER (DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT OR COLLABORATION AND MOBILITY)
You will support the Global OCM Lead in managing the company-wide change with a focus on creating and implementing change communications.
PROJECT:
The aim of the project is to enable the migration of data from private/Legacy platform to Google Drive, SharePoint and Touchpoint
The main focus for this position are change management communications with the teams, departments, functions on how the migration should take place (eg to which platform, time frames, requirements, required training, etc). This includes the preparation and run of communications as well as data collection for surveys.
TASKS:
- Work with OCM lead to design global communication plans and guidelines
- Create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms, incl. surveys
- Own program internal sites, create and coordinate updates
- Moderate program social media channel and monitor related social media channels
- Develop communications materials, ie email templates and presentations
- Assist in the implementation of various OCM activities
- Support OCM team members with ad hoc request to ensure deadlines are met
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in global projects as OCM
- Excellent English language skills (ideally English native speaker)
- Strong interest in new technologies/social media (Google+)
- Familiar with Google suite and WebEx
- University degree in communications management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT project experience is preferred
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Adapt quickly to changes, dynamic, pragmatic
- Good in engaging, listening and understanding
STARTING DATE: 02.05.2016
DURATION: UNTIL 31.12.2016 (MAYBE EXTENSION FOR 2017)
LOCATION: REGION BASEL (POSSIBILITY TO WORK FROM HOME ON FRIDAYS)
WORKING HOURS: AS THERE IS A LOT OF INTERACTION WITH US, SOME MEETINGS ARE SCHEDULED IN THE EVENING (5-7 PM)
