Organizational Change Manager, 50% Contract, Basel

For one of our clients, a big corporation in a cutting edge industry, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Change Manager for a part time contract based in Basel.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and implementing their organizational change strategy (communication, strategy, etc.) You will define and implement a training concept for the organization.

To be considered for this role, you will bring the following requirements:

- Highly experienced in defining and implementing a Communication strategy
- Familiar with Organizational transition strategies (incl. reward and recognition, staffing,etc.)
- Familiar with training management tools (nice to have)
