Organizational Change Manager

Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an Organizational Change Manager for 12 + month project with the option to extend for 1 year in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate supporting programs and projects as a change management specialist.
- You are responsible for
- Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities at a global level within the entire organization
- Creating change management strategy at program and project level
- Creating and maintaining change management plan and integrate change management activities into overall program and project plan
- Assessing the change impact
- Completing change management assessments
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance
- Consulting and coaching program and project leaders and their teams
- Coaching managers and supervisors
- Supporting and engaging senior leaders
- Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Supporting communication efforts
- Supporting training efforts
- Evaluating and ensuring user readiness
- Creating and managing (stakeholder) engagement plan and managing stakeholders in the context of (organizational) chanage management
- Tracking and reporting issues
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
- Supporting change management at the organizational level if relevant (Organizational/Enterprise Change Management)
- Managing the portfolio and change load
Requirements
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal; excellent active listening skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle; able to create plans and to track and report on status
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus
- Must be strong in English, other languages such as German and French, even Spanish are an advantage
