For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

We are looking for a person who has profound experience with PROSCI in two or more organizational change management projects.
A key expectation is that this role delivers the right messages to the right groups, using the right media at the right time. The role should keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, resulting in positive influence to the organisational change.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:
The intentions of this project are to plan and prepare a transition from a local to a regional User Service Desk at the Shared Service Centre in Europe.
The role will be responsible for stakeholder analysis and associated Change Management and Communications Plans.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Stakeholder Management
- Co-ordination of Regional Organisational Change Management practitioners (only applies for regional position)
- Development and implementation of Targeted Stakeholder Communication Plans
- Development and implementation of Targeted Stakeholder Change Management Plans

QUALIFICATIONS:

- PROSCI Change Management Certification
- Project Management Certification, ITIL certification
- 3-5 years experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required.
- Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organisation change.
- Development and implementation of Communication Plans and Change Management Plans and Experience with PROSCI
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE:

+++ Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
+++ Knowledge of PMO, Project Management, Process Management, IT Application Management, IT Service Management, Organisational Change Management, Facilities and Infrastructure, Human Resources and Training would be of assistance
+++ Flexible to travel internationally
+++ Must have proven experience in working with and co-ordinating regionalised project teams and virtual teams spread across most global time-zones.
+++ other languages is a plus (Italian, French, Spanish, Mandarin)

DURATION: TILL 31.12.2016 (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION)
WORK LOCATION: BASEL REGION (REMOTE IS POSSIBLE, 1 DAY PER WEEK)
